About Me:

My mother, Helga Graebe, is my inspiration...

She taught me to bake the same way generations before her had taught...always from scratch and using only the highest quality ingredients available.  Mom and I are both natives of Germany and, in the European tradition, continue to make desserts that are dense and full of flavor.  With so many years of baking experience, from German fruit tortes to wedding cakes...cupcakes just seemed a natural next step!

I live in Folsom, CA with my husband of 38 years, Jim, the love of my life.   We are blessed with two wonderful grown and married children and two grandaughters.   In addition to baking, we enjoy spending vacations on our motorcycles, riding across North America.
